BajLive Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on BajLive, accessing any part of the platform, or placing any bet or wager through the BajLive website or associated interfaces, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with BajLive and confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create a BajLive account, and you must not use the platform for any purpose. Continued use of BajLive after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a BajLive account you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BajLive operates a strict 18+ policy and will conduct age verification on any account where there is a reasonable doubt about the account holder's age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold BajLive player accounts.
• You must not be using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to mask your true location for the purpose of circumventing any restriction that would otherwise apply to your account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of BajLive or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on BajLive or any other registered betting or gambling platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one BajLive account only. Opening a second account — for any reason, including to claim a welcome bonus that has already been claimed — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and keep your account details up to date at all times. BajLive relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. Providing false information at registration is a serious violation.

3.2 Verification Documents

BajLive may request copies of identity documents — such as a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — along with proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with the platform. Documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with the BajLive Privacy Policy.

3.3 CNIC Requirement

All BajLive players registered in Pakistan are subject to CNIC-based identity verification. Your CNIC number must match the name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration. BajLive will not process withdrawal requests for accounts that have not completed CNIC verification where this is required.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BajLive account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. BajLive will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must log out of your BajLive account on any shared or public device after each session.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BajLive immediately by contacting the support team at support@bajlive.online.
• BajLive is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

5. Deposits

All BajLive deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BajLive currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

BajLive does not charge a platform fee on any deposit. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond BajLive's control. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances and will be returned, less any bank handling fees incurred by BajLive.

6. Withdrawals

BajLive is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and fairly. The following rules govern the withdrawal process for all Pakistani BajLive account holders:

6.1 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframes

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered under your own name. Withdrawal timeframes are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically credited within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically credited within 30–60 minutes of approval.
• Bank IBFT: Processed same business day if requested before 3:00 PM PKT, next business day otherwise.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank processing times.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Standard maximum withdrawal limits per day are Rs 500,000. Higher limits may be available for verified premium accounts — contact the BajLive support team to discuss your requirements.

6.3 KYC Before Withdrawal

BajLive may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing your first withdrawal, or any withdrawal above Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not applied to cause delay — the vast majority of KYC verifications are completed within 24 hours of document submission.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on BajLive, across all sports and markets unless a specific market rule states otherwise:

7.1 Placing Bets

A bet is considered placed when BajLive's systems have confirmed your selection and stake, and you have received an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement unless the Cash Out feature is available and exercised by the player before the relevant market settles.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake for any single bet on BajLive is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, competition, and event. Maximum payout limits per single bet are set at Rs 10,000,000 (one crore). BajLive reserves the right to reduce stake limits on specific markets or for specific accounts where risk management requires it.

7.3 Odds Changes

All BajLive bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time your bet was confirmed, not at odds that may have changed subsequently. If the odds on a BajLive market change between you initiating a bet and the system processing it, BajLive will notify you and ask whether you wish to proceed at the new price.

7.4 Abandoned or Interrupted Matches

If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended before the minimum required time or overs for a result to be declared under BajLive's market-specific rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts. Specific rules for each sport and competition type are available on the relevant BajLive betting page.

8. Settlement of Bets

BajLive settles all bets according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket, the International Cricket Council for international matches, FIFA and AFC for football, and so on. BajLive does not settle bets based on broadcast graphics, unofficial social media announcements, or any source other than the official governing body.

In the event of a dispute about a result, BajLive will suspend settlement until the official result is confirmed. If BajLive settles a bet in error — for example, due to a data feed error — BajLive reserves the right to correct the settlement and recover any overpayment. Players will be notified of any resettlement immediately.

9. Bonuses and Promotions

BajLive offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All BajLive promotions are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific conditions stated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using multiple accounts, using someone else's payment method, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• Unless otherwise stated, all BajLive bonus offers are available to one account per household, per device, and per shared IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each individual offer — BajLive does not bury this information in small print.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe stated on the individual offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without further notice.
• BajLive reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, or to modify the terms of an ongoing offer with 48 hours' notice to affected players.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BajLive. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, any winnings generated through such activity will be forfeited, and any deposits held will be returned less any applicable processing costs.

• Match fixing or spot fixing: Betting on the outcome of an event that you know or have reasonable grounds to believe has been manipulated in any way.
• Use of automated betting software or bots: The use of any software that places bets automatically or systematically without manual human action for each individual bet placement.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting differences in BajLive's prices versus other platforms.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate casino game outcomes or share information in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Account sharing or selling: Allowing another person to operate your BajLive account, or buying or selling a BajLive account.
• Fraudulent payment activity: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit on BajLive.
• Circumventing account limits: Using multiple accounts, VPNs, or any other means to bypass deposit limits, withdrawal restrictions, or self-exclusion arrangements.

11. Responsible Gaming

BajLive is committed to providing a safe betting environment for all Pakistani players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available directly within your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit to your BajLive account.
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a defined period of activity on BajLive.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your BajLive account for a minimum of 12 months.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the BajLive platform — including but not limited to the BajLive brand name, logo, website design, odds formats, market structures, promotional materials, written content, images, and software — is the intellectual property of BajLive or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any BajLive intellectual property without prior written consent.

Scraping BajLive odds data, reproducing BajLive content on third-party websites, or using the BajLive brand in any way that implies affiliation or endorsement without explicit written permission is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

13. Limitation of Liability

BajLive provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and reliability — particularly during major cricket and PSL events when demand is highest — BajLive does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

BajLive is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or opportunity arising from temporary platform unavailability, including during scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages.
• Any damage to your device, software, or data arising from your use of the BajLive platform.
• Any losses arising from incorrect information provided at registration.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind arising from your use of BajLive, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

BajLive's total liability to any player in any circumstances is capped at the total amount deposited to that player's account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rs 100,000, whichever is lower, except in cases of fraud or wilful misconduct by BajLive.

14. Amendments to These Terms

BajLive reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — changes that affect the rights or obligations of registered players in a meaningful way — BajLive will:

• Publish the updated Terms on the BajLive website with the revision date clearly stated at the top of the page.
• Send a notification to all affected registered players at their registered email address or mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Display an in-platform banner drawing attention to the update for a period of no less than 7 days.

Minor amendments — such as corrective edits, clarifications that do not change the substance of any rule, or updates to payment processing timeframes — may be made with immediate effect and without individual notification, though the updated Terms will always be published on the BajLive website.

Your continued use of BajLive after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using BajLive and may request account closure at any time by contacting support@bajlive.online.
